TZ Bonnet Lock Pair

We 3D scanned an original bonnet lock to recreate these beautiful new catches. We have CNC machined them from billet aircraft grade aluminium and polished them to a mirror finish to give the wonderful appearance and tactile feel. Many TZs no longer have their original bonnet locks as over time they lost their tension so were not able to stay closed, many cars had leather straps fitted instead. To avoid this being an issue with ours, we have integrated a hidden grub screw to allow additional tension to be applied as may be required on individual cars.

Alfaholics Rear Propshaft – TZ

Exclusively manufactured for Alfaholics to exacting tolerances. Most rear propshafts have had many UJ changes in their life and as a result can often have damaged UJ housings, this means that even with new UJs vibrations can still occur due to end float in the UJ housings which is beyond shimming out. The sliding joint is also another area for wear on an original unit that of course cannot ever be repaired. As a result of these 2 major factors we no longer use rebuilt rear propshafts in our workshop, fitting only our brand new unit for 100% perfect results at virtually no extra cost to the customer. We manufacture these units from race quality thin wall 2” tube, not only does this mean that the tube is stiffer which results in far smoother running at high speeds, but it is also much lighter than an original unit. We have also increased the size of the UJs on each end which makes them much less prone to wear and much more able to handle the load from engines with increased performance. Each prop is dynamically balanced to 8,000rpm meaning that this item is perfect for use on both road and competition cars.
Alfaholics Racing Differential – TZ

Superb new production, manufactured exclusively in the UK for Alfaholics by a state of the art limited slip diff manufacturer. These new diffs represent a huge leap forward in design over our old Gripper units. The old Gripper units used a basic uncoated steel friction plate design and, as a result, necessitated a very high preload setting in order to achieve the levels of friction required in a race diff. The new Alfaholics racing diff uses the same copper sintered friction plate design as developed by leading World Rally Car teams - M-Sport Ford and Prodrive Subaru. Premium quality Alfaholics production. We have made this cam cover due to other productions being merely magnesium copies of standard aluminium cam covers, thus not having the correct shape detail. To manufacture this cam cover, we have copied a genuine 1st series GTA/TZ2 cam cover from one of our Autodelta cars to ensure perfect accuracy. Beautifully sand cast with rounded (rather than very sharp) script to look authentic and unidentifiable from original.

Alfaholics Magnesium 15″ TZ Wheel

Exclusive to Alfaholics and manufactured to the very highest standards, this wheel is an exact copy of the original 1st series Campagnolo wheel. Particular attention was paid to the accuracy of the vent hole profile - the main aesthetic feature of the wheel. It is the design of the vent hole which is incorrect on all other current reproductions of the 15" TZ wheel (including Tecnomagnesio). The wheel is available in the original 4.5" width, as well as wider 5" and 5.5" versions - all of which are homologated sizes for race TZs.
