Designed from scratch including a modern type of barrel lock. The button (flat as original) and the body is CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminium to maintain tight tolerances and therefore ensure smooth operation. Both are then polished to a mirror finish.
Provides perfect fitment, unlike the sub-standard Italian reproduction item which is still commonly available on the market.
Using aluminium also results in a 50% weight saving over a chromed brass button.
These Alfaholics buttons are offered as a matching pair with keys. This eliminates the need to make the tricky modification to the passenger door mechanism, to allow the door to lock from the inside.
