Following the success of our full GTA-R suspension package, we have introduced the equivalent full brake package as fitted to our GTA-R builds. We run all our top specification road and track cars with un-servo assisted brakes and our dual circuit bias adjustable pedal box to give the ultime levels of feel and modulation in the brakes, not possible with servo assisted systems. As used on all our GTA-R builds. Box CNC machined from billet aircraft grade aluminium, giving a superb look to the kit!Alfaholics production. To fit right hand drive only. This box directly replaces the standard Alfa / reproduction brake master cylinder whether it is a single or dual circuit set up. It bolts onto the outside of the chassis leg using the standard fitment points, no modification is necessary.It uses a pair of Girling race brake master cylinders with an adjustable balance bar allowing the front to rear brake bias to be very finely adjusted. A remote bias adjuster cable can be screwed onto the end of the bar to allow the bias to be adjusted from the cockpit whilst driving, great for trackday and race use!Because this kit uses a pair of race master cylinders, we are able to optimise the bore diameters to allow the servos to be removed whilst still having optimum power. As a result of not using the servos you get a dramatic improvement in the feel of the brakes allowing far better modulation of brake pressure and thus less chance of locking the wheels under heavy braking. The added bonus of using this system is a significant cost saving by not having to use expensive servos and reproduction Alfa master cylinders. Indeed this pedal box is cheaper to fit than a reproduction RHD dual circuit master cylinder and a pair of servos! As a result people in the process of building fast road/trackday or race cars from scratch have the unique opportunity to simultaneously improve the brake system dramatically AND save money!A spherical joint is fitted in the front of the box where the pedal rod enters the box to ensure perfect free movement of rod.Kit comes complete with master cylinders, banjos for hydraulic fittings, brake rod, balance bar, spherical bearing, lid and bolts.As used on all Alfaholics performance builds and GTA-Rs.

Premium quality Alfaholics production! This kit is an adaptation of our hugely successful RHD dual circuit balance box, now designed to fit LHD 105 series cars with floor mounted pedals. As used on all our GTA-R builds. Box CNC machined from billet aircraft grade aluminium, giving a superb look to the kit!This box replaces the standard Alfa-type brake master cylinder, whether it is a European single circuit or a USA dual circuit system. It bolts to the gearbox cross-member and is a simple installation. As shown in the photos, it fits perfectly and is tucked up neatly out of the way. It can also be used in conjunction with standard exhaust brackets and is compatible with the Alfaholics stainless steel sports exhaust system. This system is perfectly suited for both fast road and track day cars as well as full race carsIt uses a pair of high-quality Girling race brake master cylinders with an adjustable balance bar, allowing the front to rear brake bias to be adjusted. A remote bias adjuster cable can be screwed onto the end of the bar allowing the bias to be fine-tuned from the cockpit.By using race master cylinders, we have been able to match the bore diameter of the cylinders to the calipers, thereby permitting the servos to be removed while also maintaining excellent braking power. By removing the servos, pedal feel is dramatically improved and it is easier to modulate the brake pressure and therefore minimise wheel locking under heavy braking. As used on all our GTA-R builds, premium quality Alfaholics production!Following the success of our floor pedal brake balance box systems, we have developed this superb kit for late Left Hand Drive cars with hanging pedals. It fits directly with no modifications required, bolting directly to the aluminium pedal casting where the servo used to fit.Being a non-servo system, it gives you unrivalled brake feel and the internal brake bias adjuster allows you to easily and accurately set the front to rear bias.We have also integrated the clutch master cylinder into the box, which connects directly to the original Alfa clutch actuation arm and thus simultaneously results in a premium race quality clutch master cylinder upgrade. The system is compatible with both original Alfa steel pedals as well as our Alfaholics billet aluminium pedal set.
