Road/FIA 2 1/4 Small Spring Kit
£195.00 GBP (ex vat)
RCE5008
60% lighter than standard spring set up. Designed using CAD, this kit allows the use of 2 ¼ inch springs with standard Alfa spring pans. This makes it ideal for road and trackday cars looking to reduce unsprung weight. It also complies with FIA regulations as it retains the original spring mounting points, making it the perfect Appendix K front suspension upgrade. Kit includes all aluminium parts required for both sides of the car, two 5mm spacer rings allowing ride height to be shimmed accurately and all fitting bolts

Fully Adjustable 2 1/4 Small Spring Kit
£375.00 GBP (ex vat)
RCE5006
Full race 2 1/4" small spring kit designed to be used on all models of 105 series Alfas. Designed using CAD & CAM this spring kit does not require the use of a spring pan or a heavy full size Alfa style spring. This constitute a massive weight saving (4.2KG per corner!). It bolts directly to the outer spring pan holes on the standard wishbone. It features a fully adjustable threaded spring platform allowing the front ride height to be altered quickly and easily, without removing the spring. This also allows a much finer and more accurate control when corner...
Alfaholics Lightweight Spring Pan
£82.50 - £165.00 GBP (ex vat)
SUS102/1
Alfaholics production. Lightening holes are laser cut for improved accuracy and consistency. Lower pan holes swage-punched to increase the strength and rigidity beyond that of a standard pan. We recommend combining these pans with our FIA 2 1/4" front spring conversion for maximum weight saving - 7.2KG total with this combination. They are pre-drilled to take our FIA 2 1/4" conversion. Finished in high quality black powder coating.
Alfaholics Aluminium Adjustable Trackday/Race Dampers - Double Adjustable
£725.00 GBP (ex vat)
RCE5014FD
Following the huge success of our adjustable race dampers, we have developed this new double adjustable version. Working within the same valving range as our single adjustable units, these dampers have 2 separate adjuster knobs; one to adjust the compression stroke valving and a second knob to adjust the rebound valving. These dampers are designed for use by skilled drivers & mechanics to allow a finer level of adjustability to the cars handling. The rear dampers can be used in coil over format, as shown in the photo (springs not included) or with standard chassis fitment type springs. Priced per shock [.....]
Alfaholics GTA-R Billet Front Upright Set
£3,250.00 GBP (ex vat)
GTA-R/UPRS
We have developed these new CNC machined billet uprights to tackle the last remaining engineering flaw in the design of 105/115 series front suspension when used in a high performance application. Alfa designed the uprights with relatively small diameter spindles for mounting the front hub/disc assemblies, which suited the standard wheel/tyre package the factory used. However, when these factory uprights are used with modern high grip tyres, owners all suffer from a long brake pedal after going through a series of corners (either on road or track) that require the brake pedal being pumped once to get the bite point back to the correct pedal height – this effect is known by performance drivers as “pad knock back”. This is caused by the thin spindle flexing in the upright from the loading and that causes the discs move and push the brake pads away from the discs, causing the long brake pedal. To tackle this issue we have completely redesigned the uprights using a larger diameter spindle and a more robust fitment area where they into the upright to give them additional support. Whilst redesigning the uprights and knowing we going to be machining from billet, it also gave us a blank canvas with regard to the pickup geometry of the upper and lower ball joints. With careful analysis and computer simulation of the KPI, scrub radius with our 7x15” GTA wheels, roll camber correction factor and roll centre height, we have modified the upper and lower ball joint locations to optimise all these important suspension kinematic factors. The nett result is handling with a faster transient response times in direction change, improved tyre temperature distribution across the tyre face, reduced tyre wear, reduced steering effort and reduced kick back from the steering in oversteer condition. These uprights are designed to be used with all our ultimate specification GTA-R front suspension components to get the very most out of the cars, so need to be used in conjunction with our geometry kit and our titanium top wishbones. Because of the modified upper and lower pickup positions, to retain correct bumpsteer geometry, these uprights must be used in conjunction with our steel angled quick steering arms, not our straight billet aluminium quick steering arms. These uprights have been optimised to fit with our 6-pot brake kit and have 1750/2000 (89mm) caliper bolt spacing, but can be used with other brakes that are compatible with 2000 uprights, however, you might have to make modifications for disc offset in the caliper. Supplied as a pair with a machining set of wheel bearings and hub oil seals to work in conjunction with your factory wheel hubs. Also supplied with a pair of short outer track rod taper pins and a range of spacer shims to allow you to measure & optimise your bumpsteer which are designed to be used with our steel quick steering arms and rose jointed track rod kit (available separately)
