60% lighter than standard spring set up. Designed using CAD, this kit allows the use of 2 inch springs with standard Alfa spring pans. This makes it ideal for road and trackday cars looking to reduce unsprung weight. It also complies with FIA regulations as it retains the original spring mounting points, making it the perfect Appendix K front suspension upgrade. Kit includes all aluminium parts required for both sides of the car, two 5mm spacer rings allowing ride height to be shimmed accurately and all fitting bolts .

Alfaholics production. Lightening holes are laser cut for improved accuracy and consistency. Lower pan holes swage-punched to increase the strength and rigidity beyond that of a standard pan. We recommend combining these pans with our FIA 2 1/4" front spring conversion for maximum weight saving - 7.2KG total with this combination. They are pre-drilled to take our FIA 2 1/4" conversion. Finished in high quality black powder coating.

Full race 2 1/4" small spring kit designed to be used on all models of 105 series Alfas. Designed using CAD & CAM this spring kit does not require the use of a spring pan or a heavy full size Alfa style spring. This constitute a massive weight saving (4.2KG per corner!). This beautifully CNC machined kit replaces the original bottom ball joints fitted to your 105 series Alfa Romeo, allowing your car to benefit from the superb geometry improvements of our tubular wishbone kit whilst still retaining standard wishbones.
