Inlet Manifold & Throttle Body Kit – Twin Spark

As fitted to Alfaholics-R builds. CNC machined from billet aircraft grade aluminium and anodised, to fit all (75 based) 8 valve Twin Spark engines.

This manufacturing process has allowed us to be able to reduce material thicknesses resulting in significant weight saving over a traditional cast inlet manifold, whilst simultaneously giving an amazing appearance and surface finish.

The individual throttle bodies feature lightweight trumpets and a billet CNC machined fuel rail. This full assembly represents an amazing 1.5kg weight saving over an equivalent cast manifold with traditional throttle bodies.

The inlet manifold features 2 heater outlet ports, an M12 boss for an ECU water temperature sender and a bracket for attaching an original Alfa throttle quadrant.
