Junior Zagato (Los Angeles – Fast Road Package)

This has been another mega project where our customer sourced a standard Zagato Junior to send to us for upgrading for fast road and classic rally events in California. We have disassembled it right back to a bodyshell (without doing any body restoration work) and reassembled to largely GTA-R mechanical specs whilst leaving the interior largely standard. Given the climate in Los Angeles, air conditioning was also high on the priority list!

Final spec as follows:-

• 220bhp 2.1 Nord, GTA-R spec heritage throttle bodies & Motec M1 series ECU
• GTA-R clutch/flywheel/starter pack
• GTA-R driveline package, 0.79 5th gear conversion/LSD/hollow halfshafts
• Full tubular s/s exhaust
• GTA-R late cooling package with built in a/c condenser & fans
• GTA-R injection fuel system package with bespoke aluminium foam filled fuel tank for JZ
• GTA-R suspension package
• GTA-R 6-pot brake package
• 7×15” GTA wheel & tyre package
• Air conditioning package
• Billet steering box casing
• GTA-R PCB and loom package
• Dynamat kit
• GTA-R controls package
• GTA-R billet air a/c vents
• LED headlight conversion
• Lightweight heated JZ windscreen
• Front grille metal finished & polished to improve on Zagato manufacturing quality
