1300 GT Junior

Our customer bought this lovely early 1300 GT Junior which had lived most of its life in the south of France. As a result the body is remarkably original and unrusty, clearly never having had any rust repairs needed in its life. As it had never been restored it needed careful sensitive detailing to bring out its full potential.

  • Suspension stripped, all original parts blasted and powder coated black
  • Original suspension bolts, nuts and pressed lock nuts acid dipped and re-plated
  • Suspension reassembled and fitted with our Fast Road Kit B, Koni Sport shocks, quick steering arms and all new bushes and ball joints
  • Axle rebuilt with new bearings, re-shimmed and reassembled with powder coated tubes, premium wheel bearing kits and new copper brake lines
  • Propshaft rebuilt with new high quality UJs, centre bearing and dynamically balanced to 7,000 rpm
  • Engine bay partially stripped, washed and polished and refitted to factory spec
  • Alfaholics Stainless Steel Sports Exhaust and GTA Rampipes with Socks installed for increased performance
  • Alfaholics lightweight flywheel installed to improve engine response, new clutch fitted along with our gear reduction high torque Bosch starter motor
  • Premium quality Wilton wool floor runner carpets made and fitted with correct GT Junior rubber floor mat logos
  • Driver’s seat carefully dismantled and repadded to remove sagging, new headlining installed
  • Mesh grilles removed, dismantled, blasted, 2K painted and re-installed
  • Alfaholics braided brake lines and DS 2500 brake pads fitted to improve typically weak GT Junior brakes
  • Alfaholics 6×14″ GTA Strada wheels installed to replace ill fitting aftermarket 7×14″ GTA wheels
