The brass bodies were cast using an original GTA body as a sample and finished in premium quality triple chrome plating. These buttons are the most accurate available, for those who wish to have the best quality product. They are offered in pairs, both locking with matching keys. This prevents you from having to make the extremely tricky locking conversion to the door mechanism when fitting a non-locking door button, as well as being more convenient when using the car. This means that, unlike other kits on the market, the main grille features the correct curvature on the top and bottom line, the correct curve around headlights and the edging is fine (not thick) as per original. The lower grilles are also a direct copy of an original, thus the correct size rather than undersize like other kits. This not only enables the correct size holes to be made, but also allows these grilles to be fitted in original GTAs using the original mounting holes that screw through the frame of the grille.
