Dramatically improve the quality of the lighting of your 105 series Alfa with this stunning conversion to Xenon High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlights! A tuned 105 series Alfa deperately needs better than standard lighting to be driven safely in the dark quickly! The kit is beautiful quality, simple to fit and fully productionised using compact premium quality ballast units, tiny relay control box and fully waterproof snap fit connecters. The ballast units are specially developed to be compatible with the poorer condition wiring looms these cars often have.
The Xenon filled arc lighting burner units fit directly into your existing headlamps and are available in either H1 or H4 fitment type. You simply need to mount the ballasts and the relay switcher and feed a single power and earth into the system. The original high and low beam wires (green and grey) from your loom are merely used to switch the relay unit to control the Xenon burner to either main or dip beam, rather than actually supplying power to them.
The results are truly stunning, gone are the sipid yellow lights you were used to, replaced with amazing depth of vision and clarity with these super bright, super white lights. The added bonus is that current draw from the headlights actually reduces, these units are incredibly efficient and use a mere 35W of power rather than your original 55W!
I have fully tested this system on my GTA Replica for 3 months now and am truly astonished by the lighting, for the first time I can really see properly where i'm going at night when driving quickly! It is also incredibily effective at clearing the outside lane of the motorway and is a real head turner in the paddock at trackdays! It is without doubt the best upgrade I have made for some time now and looks ultra cool as well. Being so neat and compact, I managed to hide the ballasts and control unit, so the visual appearance under the bonnet remains as beautiful as ever! A bit like mobile phones, I sit here wonderinghow I ever coped without them now!
