 | Alfaholics Full Race Weld-In Rollcage for 105 GT Designed and manufactured by leading World Rally Car bodyshell preparation and rollcage manufacturer. This cage represents the pinnacle in applying the latest theory in crash saftey and shell stiffening technology to a 6/8 point rollcage for historic racing. Mounting its rear legs directly onto the rear chassis legs rather than onto the inner rear arches constitutes a huge leap forward in design from the older style cages that mount to the inner rear arches. Lateral under-dashboard bars add very little in additional rigidity, whilst adding weight to the cage and restricting driver leg space, thus this bar was not used in this cage. The A-pillar bars fit tight against the A-pillars so that if the worst should ever occur, any collapse of the roof structure is kept to a bare minimum. A horizontal bar is attached to the rear X-frame to attach seat belts to in the safest manner possible and to ensure compliance with the latest FIA rulings on belt mounting. This cage is available in both RHD or LHD version regarding the horizontal belt bar, or with a pair of belt bars should a passenger seat be utilised. 1 Optional extra safety feature is a pair of 3/4 anti-intrusion bars between the main hoop and the rear legs. (please specify these on order). The cage comes with a full fitting guide CD-Rom and comes with profiled tube ends to assist fitment. It is supplied with all bracketry, mounting pods and a material spec sheet. This cage is available in CDS tube of 45 x 2.5mm main hoop and 38mm x 2.5mm for the rest of the cage. This conforms with the FIA App.K & J regulations. There is an option to have the whole cage supplied in ultra high strength T45 material which allows tube to be thinner whilst being even stronger than the CDS cage, thus constituting a massive weight saving.  | Alfaholics Weld-In Rollcage for Giulia Super/Ti Following on from our superb weld-in cage for GT, we have developed this equivalent cage for Giulia Super/Ti. Using the same superior mounting and design features as the GT cage, by mounting to the rear chassis legs and x-frame with belt bars. We were recently shocked by the design of a Giulia bolt in cage we saw in a Ti Super, where the main hoop was in line with the B-Pillar. In a 4 door car this is completely unsuitable and dangerous, protruding dangerously into the drivers required head space. With this cage we have set the main hoop further back, enabling the driver to sit in a correct driving position AND have adequte head space from the cage. The 3/4 anti intrusion bars present in our GT cage, have even greater importance with a Giulia. With only a flimsy B-pillar and a rear door to prevent objects (cars/pillars/walls) entering the cockpit, if the worst should happen, these anti intrusion bars are crucial for the occupants' safety.
